I haven't received a tracking number yet +
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships — usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Check your spam/promotions folder for an email from us. Still nothing after 3 business days? Contact us below and we'll chase it.
My tracking number shows no results +
Fresh tracking numbers take 24–48 hours to activate in carrier systems. If yours is younger than that, it's normal — check back tomorrow. If it's been over 3 days with no scans, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
How long does delivery take? +
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your country and customs. You'll see the live progress on Postal Ninja the whole way. Remote regions can take a little longer.
Will the package be discreet? +
Completely. Plain, unmarked packaging with a neutral sender name, no logos, no product hints — and your bank statement stays discreet too. Nobody knows but you.
My tracking hasn't moved in days +
Packages often sit quietly during line-haul flights and customs clearance — gaps of 3–7 days between scans are normal for international shipping. If nothing moves for 10+ days, contact us and we'll take it up with the carrier.
