Himhive Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how we can help.

Returns

Because our products are intimate in nature, hygiene and safety come first: items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send you a free replacement. This applies even if the item has been opened, as defective items are the exception to our hygiene-based return restrictions.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotions are final sale.
  • Items purchased with discount codes are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Email us at care@himhive.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with the return address and next steps.
